About Jenny

Jenny McNary-McIlvain understands the contribution that each employee makes toward helping organizations achieve success. She’s spent nearly 20 years working in the quality and performance improvement fields — both as a consultant and on staff — to support nonprofit organizations in particular throughout the Mid-South.

Jenny began her career at Youth Villages, where she worked as a quality improvement manager. She moved on to work as director of quality improvement at Porter Leath Children’s Center, as senior director of collections at Lifeblood and as executive director of the Exceptional Foundation of West Tennessee.

Jenny obtained her BS in Sociology in 1992 and an MBA from Union University in 2003. Although she was diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome when she was 11-years old, Jenny has worked diligently to accomplish her goals. She believes that communication and understanding are essential components to organizational success.

Today, Jenny provides quality improvement consulting services to area organizations and offers presentations on diversity and the importance of acceptance in the workplace. Jenny and her husband Jeff have an 11-year-old son, Benjamin.
